How to Earn Points

You can earn points by two ways, via purchases made and via referrals. 

  • A loyalty member will receive 1 point for each 5AED purchase made on EcigUAE.net

Each 10 points is equal to 1 AED. EcigUAE.net provides 2% cashback with bonus points on all orders using rewards programme. 

 

Please note points will take upto 2 weeks after paying the order to reflect back into your loyalty member’s account.

 

 

 

Point Redeem

  • You have to be logged on your account to access points
  • Each 10 points is equal to 1 AED 
  • Points are valid for 3 months from date of issue (once expired they are not returnable)

What is EcigUAE.net Rewards?

EcigUAE.net Rewards is a platform where customers can earn credit; it is open to all customers who have purchased from EcigUAE.net. All customers who purchase on EcigUAE.net need to enroll into the programme for the rewards to be earned

Is there a membership fee for EcigUAE Rewards?

No. There is no membership fee to register for EcigUAE Rewards.

What do I get for being a member of EcigUAE Rewards?

By earning more points, you get to use the credit while buying all your favorite products.

I made purchase, I still can’t see my rewards?

Please note after paying for the order, our system could take upto 2 weeks to add the points into your account. If the two weeks has passed, please email us your order number in question and we will raise this to our technical team.

Do points have an expiry?

All points are valid for period of 3 months from first issue, we will email you before the points expires. Once the points expire, they cannot be added back.

Can I use the points with existing sale?

You can earn rewards with each purchase, however if there is a limited sale in place, points cannot be used for redemption, it would be one or the other.

 

 

 

 

 

Terms and Conditions:

Key definitions-

“Customer” means any User who makes a purchase on the Platform.  

“Programme” means the EcigUAE.net Rewards programme operated by EcigUAE through which EcigUAE.net endeavors to reward and thank its Users and Customers for patronizing the Platform.  The Programme offers varying benefits as rewards to Members by reason of their membership into the Programme.

“Rewards” means the benefits offered as rewards to Members, subject to the terms of this Programme.

 “Member” or “you” means a Customer or a User who logs in on the Platform

“Platform” refers to EcigUAE.net

"User" shall mean any natural person who accesses the Platform.

 

General Terms & Conditions

  • These Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) apply to your Membership in the Programme.  These T&Cs do not alter in any way the terms or conditions of EcigUAE.net for other products or services (such as returns & refunds and other promotions) unless explicitly stated.
  • Your Membership in the Programme confirms your understanding and voluntary acceptance of these T&Cs and any changes or modifications to these T&Cs from time to time.  You shall ensure to review these T&Cs periodically for any updates/changes posted or advised by EcigUAE.net.  Your continued membership in the Programme following the posting of changes will mean that you continue to accept and agree to the same.   
  • Customers who does not enroll in the programme would not receive points, orders placed outside the programme will not be added to the points system. Please ensure you are logged into your EcigUAE.net account with each purchase. 

Specific terms

  • There is no fee for membership or enrolment into the Programme.
  • The Member shall utilize only one account and may not have multiple registrations on the Platform.  It is important that the Member utilizes one registered account so that the Member can maximize the benefits received from the Programme.  
  • Certain Rewards cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions or discount.

Miscellaneous terms

  • Without advance notice to you, EcigUAE.net reserves the right to suspend, cancel and/or terminate your membership in EcigUAE.net Rewards if EcigUAE.net determines in its sole discretion that you have violated these T&Cs, or if your account is unauthorized, deceptive, fraudulent or otherwise unlawful.  In such event that your membership in EcigUAE.net Rewards is terminated, all Rewards will be cancelled forthwith. The customer might also be blocked from using EcigUAE.net to make future purchases.
  • EcigUAE.net reserves the right to change or modify the Programme and/or these T&Cs or any policy, FAQ, or guidelines pertaining to the Programme at any time and in its sole discretion.  
  • These T&Cs shall come into effect from 8th of July 2020.
  • Bonus points used with an order which gets cancelled will not be reverted back to the loyalty account. 
  • EcigUAE reserves the right to terminate the Programme by giving at least 20 days notice to all Members. Notification would commence via an email notification.
